"I never ever envisioned our home buying experience to be as fun as it was. Heather and Jana were incredible. This was our first home and us being on a time crunch, me leaving for a month we were feeling the pressure. But once we met Heather and Jana, we knew we’d find our home. Heather is so knowledgeable and as cool as she is? When she knows you love a certain home? Oooowee. She. Gets. It. Done. Her and Jana are this perfect balance of not only getting you to see yourself in your dream home but how to focus on what is important-what questions to ask? What is best for you? Anytime there was a text, call, email there was a response almost immediately. It almost makes me emotional because I could not envision anyone else helping us get into our dream home. There is no way we could have done this without you!!!Thank you so much!!!"

"Heather and Jana were phenomenal to work with and went above and beyond for our family! Military moves can be stressful, but buying our out-of-state home was not, thanks to Heather and Jana. Heather sent us video walk throughs of homes we were interested in, worked tirelessly to get our offer accepted, and communicated with us every step of the way. When we arrived at our home after 2 days of travel, Heather was there cleaning! Talk about blown away - it tells you just how much Heather values her clients. Even though we knew they were busy, Heather and Jana made us feel like we were their only clients!"

"Heather was absolutely incredible for us! We were coming from Korea and very anxious to find a house right away and she was more than willing to help us from Korea and once we got here. She went above and beyond the entire process and has become a friend who we cherish a year later! She was a huge blessing to us during that chaotic move!"

"I was on a deadline because of housing issues at previous residence... Heather held my hand through finding another rental in about 10 days! She is amazing to work with and very patient with all my questions .. I would definitely recommend Heather for all your realty needs!"

"Highly recommend Jana and Heather for your real estate needs! They’ve helped us with a first home purchase and a land sale and went above and beyond to make the transactions seamless and worry-free! Throughout the process, they made sure to keep communication channels open and make our part as easy as possible. Even post-close, they keep in touch to check in with how things are going. We cannot say enough great things about their professionalism, skill, and kindness. Thank you both!!"

"I highly recommend Heather Pilkington as a Realtor that genuinely cares and listens to her clients. "Need an agent who will go above and beyond and treats every client like her only client? Jana and team will make sure you are valued, and will do whatever it takes to get your home sold according to your needs. Highly recommend, 10/10!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Jana King. When I first reached out to Jana, she was friendly, professional, and very motivated to help my find the home of my dreams. She continued in an organized fashion, and made it really easy for me to continue on with my normal life. She earned every single dollar of her commission, and more. She is networked well in the community, and used that to our advantage throughout the process. I closed last week, and she made it a breeze.
Thank you Jana!

"I can’t say enough about working with Jana at Monstera Real Estate Group. From our first phone call Jana was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. She is everything a client would hope for in a realtor. My situation got complicated at one point, but Jana was right there every step of the way. Jana answered every question and went above and beyond, calming any sort of nerves and ensuring the progress stayed on track, advocating for us from start to finish. Honestly, I could not imagine this experience without Jana and would recommend her to anyone, and I mean it wholeheartedly, to any client that is in the market to buy or sell.
